How does the electronic bracelet work?
At the time of access, an electronic bracelet is provided which is used to:
– access the entrance turnstiles (calculating the time of stay).
– open and close the lockers in the changing room area. Only one locker is connected to each bracelet. Also available in the pool area are bracelet readers that allow you to check the locker number in which your personal belongings are stored.
– charge all extra consumptions (food, drinks or access to extra areas), then paying any amount at the Reception.
How do I access the changing rooms? are there lockers to store clothes? how do they work?
Once the type of stay in Aquagranda has been chosen, the guest will be given an electronic bracelet thanks to which it is possible to pass through the entrance turnstile of the various areas and, after changing clothes, open and close your personal locker where to place clothes, shoes, and personal belongings.
The electronic bracelet is therefore the key to the locker and must be kept with the utmost care.
Are the toilets and showers divided between mens and womens?
Yes, the toilets and showers are separate in all areas.
Are the changing rooms separated between mens and womens?
No, the changing rooms are mixed, and everyone has the possibility to change inside closed cabins.
At what time is the exit from the baths and from the various services of the Wellness&Relax area scheduled?
Thirty minutes before the closing time of the centre, therefore the last half hour is dedicated to the shower and change of clothes.
Is the bar service available?
The Bar&Bistrot area is open every day and the service is also available from the Slide&Fun area. In addition, there is also an area within the Wellness.
Are there any reduced rates for the disabled?
The access fee for the disabled is always the lowest list price (reduced rate), while free admission is granted to an accompanying person.
