AQ1816 is Aquagranda’s Olympic Training Center, located in Livigno at 1,816 meters above sea level. A space dedicated to performance, training, and wellbeing, chosen every year by professional athletes, national teams, and sports enthusiasts looking to train at altitude.
The center features a 350 sqm gym equipped with the latest Technogym and Kineo System equipment, integrated with the Mywellness Cloud system, allowing users to access workouts, track progress, and monitor results directly from a mobile app, wherever they are.
Qualified Personal Trainers create customized training programs based on each person’s goals and athletic level, offering professional and targeted support.
AQ1816 also includes:

25m pool
dedicated learning pool for swimming courses
outdoor athletics track
beach volleyball court
fitness classes all year round
The pools, built with Myrtha technology, are a reference point for altitude training and athletic preparation.
Thanks to the large windows overlooking the mountains of Livigno, every workout becomes a unique high-altitude training experience.
Athletes are exempt from paying the wristband deposit at reception, while the ticket price remains the standard adult rate.

To access the gym, you must have:
clean training shoes
a personal towel (MANDATORY)
a personal water bottle
If you do not have a towel, you can rent one at the Reception for €4.
Access to the gym is not permitted for guests under the age of 15, except in the following cases:
– participation in training sessions with national teams supervised by their own coach
– private lessons with a qualified AQ1816 instructor.
To access the pools, wearing a swimsuit and swim cap is mandatory.
If you don’t have one, you can purchase it directly at the Reception:
fabric swim cap: €3
silicone swim cap: €9
Children under 3 years of age are required to wear water or regular diapers, alongside a retentive swimsuit. The required equipment is available for purchase at the Front Desk.
